FLEXIBLE DIVIDEND PLANS

We are on a great venture where massive capital(s) can be acquired. We offer a wide variety of plans from 1.25% fixed and up to 5% return on your investment per month. The minimum investment is 1k USD and the maximum is 40k USD. The contract is only officiated for the signed term as per the contract agreement. At the “expiration” of the contract, you need to let me know if you wish to renew after receiving your dividends or withdraw your principal funds.
 
Dividends are paid based on the term of the contract. You can also withdraw your full funds at the end of the contract duration. 

I OFFER THREE TYPES OF CONTRACTS

One month lockup (low return) average 1.67% monthly returns. Dividends are paid at the end of every month. Signing is required for the renewal of the contract upon expiration.
A.P.R. : 15 - 25

Plan B) Three months lockup (medium return) average 2.6% monthly returns. Dividends are paid at the end of the three months. Signing is required for the renewal of the contract upon expiration. A.P.R. : 25 - 40

Plan C) Six months lockup (high return) average 4.1 % monthly returns. Dividends are paid once a year. Signing is required for the renewal of the contract upon expiration.
A.P.R. : 40 - 60

IMPORTANT

The dividends offered above are subject to change based on market analysis and financial standings. (those are just to give you a ballpark idea of what you will receive at the minimum by investing with us)
 
A 2% Handlers fee is subjected to the total amount withdrawn.
 
These contingencies are standard for all clients but are not set in stone. Please request if your desired investment initial exceeds 10k USD and you require an additional return policy. Further discussions can be made upon signing the investment terms.
 
Communications will be held privately on WhatsApp
 
Advertising will be done across all my channels. Only investors via member invitation will get to participate. For users wanting to sign a written agreement, we will have to host a Zoom meeting, WhatsApp video call, or meet face-to-face at the earliest of our convenience.

  • Basic Tax Information for the previous year
  • Rubric conversion for investing over 10k needs to be followed. (Ask an advisor for a detailed chart)
Contingencies for higher risk and higher reward:
  • Need to have trust built
  • Allowances for certain fluctuations 
  • Automated payout dates (within 3 months)
  • Handlers fees of 2% 

The service I provide is only available via invitation. We are a private money lending firm based on investment and asset building. Only taking on an ultimate of 50 customers as it is of my utmost importance to get to know you on a one-to-one base, to figure out the perfect investment plan for you.
